Bad things you shouldn't do // We want you to burn our candles and not your house, so please follow the candle care instructions and safety warnings that come with your purchase. We can't replace candles (or other stuff) damaged by wayward candling activities.

Our prices // Change is as good as a holiday, so fyi our prices and delivery costs change from time to time.

Made fresh // Just like the new-look Maccas, our goods are made to order, so give us 3-5 days to make it happen.

Snail mail // Just so you know, our mates at Auspost can take up to 10 days to deliver to your door (across Oz).

Whoops... // we care about the customer experience - and so does the government, so your ordinary consumer rights apply right here. 

We'll replace our products if there are major problems, but unfortunately your change of mind doesn't change ours - so please choose carefully.
